Her Background
- Becky has taught piano to kids aged 3 up to adults for 25 years.
- She completed her level 10 Royal Conservatory of Music exam and is now an Elementary and Intermediate Certified Teacher through the RCM.
- She has specialized training through Music for Young Children to teach preschool and elementary aged children.
Her Love of Music
- Becky loves teaching young children through a variety of interactive games, stories, and rhythm activities!
- She enjoys helping a variety of students find their own passion for music, whether it's classical lessons through RCM or learning to chord to their favorite songs on the radio.
- Seeing the joy that learning music has on kids is highly rewarding and motivates Becky to keep imparting her love of music to others!
Her Interests
- Becky enjoys playing the piano for fun and she used to be part of a jazz band!
- She enjoyed volunteering to teach piano lessons to kids in schools that could not afford to pay for lessons in the past.
- Some other things Becky loves are being outside, swimming, homeschooling her kids, and playing with her cat. She has also completed schooling in nutrition.
